Chimchar Ponymon

A G4 Pinkie Pie I modified. I made the hair a bit taller than the real Pokemon, I sorta love the swirly curly stuff, as I've said a few times. Her tail was pretty fun too. I'm not the biggest fan of the monkey-mon, but heck, I think this came out cute
