Dragonair Hanging Figure

Dragonair was commissioned by a good friend of mine .

She asked for me to work for [link] this pose. And I kinda couldn't use my usual "sit on a surface" style for this one. We agreed on me making it as an ornament and I triedddd. I'm really really pleased with the figure and the design as a whole but I have no practice at all in making a free-hanging figure. The problem is the head is a lot heavier that the back half so it doesn't hang straight... I.... am not really sure what to do to fix it. Suggestions welcomed!
